Helen Spasnik was born on December 4, 1927, the eighth child of Pauline and Harry Spasnik. She was born in the Beaverdale district of Saskatchewan.
Helen married Frank (Tyne) Adams and settled in Coquitlam and had 3 children: Denise, Scott, and Dale. Which gave her 7 grandkids and 6 great-grandkids.
Helen worked in Dietary at Woodlands and Riverview till she retired. Helen and Tyne became snowbirds living between Arizona and White Rock and Abbotsford. Helen enjoyed table tennis, cards, golf, and was an avid Bowler. Helen belonged to many groups and clubs.
Helen had 95 years in which she lived life her way till the end and was never shy to tell you so. Helen has left her mark on all that she has met and will be forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life will be held June 25, from 12 - 3 p.m. at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 33868 Essendene Avenue, Abbotsford, B.C.
