The Abbotsford Arts Council presents its annual Women in Art exhibition at Kariton Gallery (2387 Ware St.), starting with an opening reception on Saturday, March 7.
The reception runs from 6 to 8 p.m., and the exhibit continues until March 28.
March is International Women’s Month, a time to highlight the contributions of women to events in history and contemporary society.
The exhibit features women from various ages, walks of life, cultural backgrounds and styles of work.
