The Sweeney Singers present a performance of Antonio Vivaldi’s Gloria and other selections on Friday, June 5 at St. James Catholic Church (2777 Townline Rd.).
The performance starts at 7 p.m. and will be the first concert for the newly completed church.
The singers will be accompanied by a string quartet, oboe, trumpet and harpsichord.
Music for the second half of the program will include a variety of songs from their contemporary, spiritual and folk repertoire.
