Gospel Music Celebration comes to Abbotsford

This concert is being organized by the Watchmen Four Quartet, an Abbotsford-based gospel group.

A Gospel Music Celebration will be held on May 25 in Northview Community Church.

This concert is being organized by the Watchmen Four Quartet, an Abbotsford-based gospel group.

The Watchmen Four have been singing in the Valley for five years and have performed at various venues.

The group is made up of Hans Kruger, David Nickel, Randy Raine and Jim Goodwin. Their Accompanist is Glen Cuthbertson from Chilliwack.

The May 25 event will feature three groups.

The Watchmen Four will be joined by The Young Street Vocal Band from Chilliwack. This is a well known Gospel group in the Valley and have sung in many venues around B.C. and Alberta.

The other group is The Keepers of The Faith. This family based group is a full-time Southern Gospel singing group. They are from Puyallup Wash. and have a unique ministry based on their Samoan/Hawaiian background.

The Gospel Music Celebration is being held at Northview Community Church at 32040 Downes Rd.

Admission is $10 and tickets are available at House Of James, Kings Music, and Blessings in Langley, or at the door.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the concert will begin at 7 p.m.
