Dark Glass Theatre presents Trespass: A Storytelling Event on Friday, Sept. 22 in Abbotsford.

The event runs at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Mennonite Heritage Museum, 1818 Clearbrook Rd.

Trespass features true personal stories of reconciliation, love, betrayal, hope, and forgiveness, intended to foster empathy and spark discussion.

Each performance features a different roster of storytellers and musicians, as well as food, fun, and conversation.

Each story invites the audience on a journey of discovery, as the storyteller reveals a particular episode in their lives that changed them in some way.

Stories might be touching, poignant, shocking, or funny but every story is true and personal, and every one is told from the heart.

Storytellers and musicians in Abbotsford include Stacey Chomiak, Tre’ Cotten, Myron Penner and Peg Peters.

Other presenters are: Uliana Akulenko, Mariam Barry, Leah Cameron, Ruth Derksen-Siemens, Kevan Gilbert, Emmett Hanly, CJ Jackman Zigante, Jordan Koslowsky, Krista Lanigan, Aimee Leduc, Keenan Marchand, Jane Oliphant, Diana Squires, and Lynn Szabo.
