Vancouver-based Artist Aimee Henny Brown leads a free The Archives in Art Collage Workshop at The Reach on Saturday, June 18.
The program starts at 1 p.m.
Brown will start with a quick tour of her exhibition Futur Simple / Futur Antérieur, and a brief artist talk to introduce participants to her practice.
The participants will join the artist in a hands-on collage workshop with a focus on using historically based material in collage.
Participants will learn cutting and transfer techniques and will leave with a finished work of art. Advance registration is required at thereach.ca/events
