The Abbotsford Arts Council brings back its annual celebration of International Women’s Month with the return of the Women in Art exhibition.
An opening event takes place Saturday, March 4 at Kariton Art Gallery (2387 Ware St.) from noon to 2 p.m. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
The show runs until March 25 at the gallery and online at abbotsfordartscouncil.com.
The show invited those who identify as women to showcase their talents. The artists were given full creative control as they were able to choose the medium and subject and to create without any boundaries or guidelines.
