Auditions for the hit CBC TV show Dragons’ Den are coming to Abbotsford again this year.
Auditions take place Friday, Feb. 21 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn and Conference Centre, 32110 Marshall Rd.
Abbotsford is among 30 cities across the country included on the audition tour.
Participants of all ages are welcome to pitch their business ideas to the Dragons’ Den producers in five minutes or less.
They could then be invited to a taping where they present their business plans to the “Dragons” – a panel of five business moguls – in an attempt to win financial backing.
This is the fifth consecutive year that the auditions have been held in Abbotsford.
Candidates are asked to apply online at cbc.ca/dragonsden/auditions and bring the printed application form to the audition.
Several Abbotsford residents have been selected for the show in the past.
