Indoor Christmas festival taking over Tradex for December

Glow debuted in Abbotsford on Thursday night at Tradex and thousands are expected to take in the new indoor Christmas festival.

The event features 90,000 square feet of family-friendly and festive activities under the twinkle of a million lights and runs until Jan. 4.

The 2019 theme for Glow Abbotsford is “Santa’s Sleigh Adventure.” Guests will help Santa and his elves find his reindeer as they explore fun new ways to deliver presents using hot air balloons, planes, trains, motorcycles and more.

The festival also includes playgrounds and licensed bars.

There will also be a local vendor holiday market along with live music and entertainment, including the Pat Chessel Band, Brooklyn and Summer, Electric Mistletoe, the Langley Ukuleles and more.
