Over the upcoming spring break, the Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL) is holding a number of free, fun and educational programs.
Storytimes, craft classes, author readings, animal presentations, game nights and more – FVRL has something for everyone.

A few of FVRL’s featured spring break programs include:
- MagicShow2Go – Join Matthew Johnson, a magician, juggler, comedian and actor at various FVRL locations in March.
- Travel the World Series – Save the cost of airfare and join acclaimed photojournalist John Gordon as he shares photos and memories from his trips around the world. Gordon’s series includes presentations about India, Morocco, Kenya, Easter Island and the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Sanctuary.
- World Cultures Month Celebrations – Many FVRL locations are hosting March programs with a multicultural theme. Take part in henna/mehndi classes, sing-alongs with Mr I., crafts and food fairs.
- A FVRL card gives free access to more than just books; including 24/7 access to 35 online databases including eBook downloads from BC’s Library to Go and Netlibrary, online homework help for kids in Grades 6 to 12, in-library Internet and computer access, information services and more.
Remember, library cards are free! If you don’t already have an FVRL card, now is the time to stop by with your identification and sign up. All of the programs FVRL presents are free to attend but some may require registration.
