Members of the Fraser Valley Antique Farm Machinery Association fired up the old sawmill that was in storage for a special ceremony on Saturday.

The event was held in the Pioneer Barn at Abbotsford Exhibition Park.

The logs, formerly from trees on the property of J.O. Trethewey, were being cut.  The pieces are to be sold as a fundraiser for the association and for the MSA Museum Society.
