Downtown Abbotsford is about to get tastier.
Two new chain restaurant locations are coming to the corner of West Railway Street and Laurel Street. A sign outside the building announces that both Meat & Bread and Noodlebox will soon inhabit the space.
Neither company has announced an opening date or answered emails from The News, but the Noodlebox website says its first Abbotsford location will open this spring.
Noodlebox, which started in Victoria, sells Southeast Asian style street food.
Meat & Bread, whose first location was established in Vancouver, makes high-end sandwiches.
