A local music foundation has received a $1,000 donation from the Fraser Valley Blues Society.
The recipient is the Devon Clifford Music Foundation, which was formed to provide young musicians an opportunity to work with other musicians to write and perform music.
The foundation is in memory of Devon Clifford, an Abbotsford drummer with the band You Say Party. Clifford passed away due to a brain hemorrhage in April 2010. For more information visit www.devoncliffordfoundation.ca
