Abbotsford is one of 70 communities across Canada taking part in the Gutsy Walk on Sunday, June 10 to raise funds for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC).
Registration for the 5 km walk begins at 9 a.m., and the walk begins at 10 a.m., leaving from Trethewey House (2313 Ware St.) and extending around Mill Lake.
The Gutsy Walk (formerly known as the Heel 'n' Wheel-a-Thon) raises money towards education, awareness and research for a cure for inflammatory bowel diseases.
