Art Walk 2011

The Abbotsford Art Walk is in full swing in historic downtown Abbotsford.

Mayor George Peary helps unveil a work by Pat Maertz titled Summer Splendour during the opening reception for the 2011 Art Walk.  The unveiling took place at SerendipiTea on Montrose Street on Friday afternoon.

The Abbotsford Art Walk is in full swing in historic downtown Abbotsford.

The event kicked off on Friday, April 18 with an art unveiling at SerendipiTea, 2626 Montrose Ave.

The Art Walk is a free circuit that displays works ranging from culinary, to glass beads and Renaissance.

The works are placed in various merchant stores across the downtown area, including Strung Out On Beads, Sound of Music, Quilt Essentials Fabrics, Olde Towne Bakery, MSA Abbotsford Library and A&D Music Productions.
