The Abbotsford branch of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE) recently presented a cheque of more than $7,600 to Cyrus Centre.

The centre provides services in Abbotsford and Chilliwack for homeless and vulnerable youth, including emergency shelter, food, clothing, life-skills training, employment assistance, referrals to other social services, and more.

The money was raised by FOE members and guests and was presented to Cyrus Centre by Tanya Oakes and the FOE. Oakes has organized the campaign for her chosen charity for several years.
