2022 Christmas light displays in Abbotsford and Mission

Local homes in both communities are all lit up for the holidays

Here is a list of some of the Christmas light displays that can be viewed in Abbotsford and Mission, as supplied by homeowners.

To add your display to the list, send an email to with the name of the family or individuals hosting the display, the address, a description of the display, hours/dates of operation and whether donations are being accepted. Please include a high-resolution horizontal photo.


33687 Marshall Road

The display by the Van Ek Family has lots of lights, an eight-foot blowup snowman, a small blowup Santa with a Ho! Ho! Ho! sign, and candy canes along the driveway. The lights are on from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. daily and, closer to Christmas, will likely be on all night.

32752 Boult Avenue

The Drake family runs their display of inflatables, projections, lights and music-coordinated light shows daily from 5 to 9 p.m. until Jan. 1.

1405 Kaslo Court

The Bench family’s display features blowups and thousands of flashing lights. Open nightly from 5 to 10 p.m. See @benchchristmaslights on Instagram, and tune your radio to 107.9 to hear the light show.

3791 Balsam Crescent

The Johnson family is showcasing thousands of lights, including Santa’s sleigh and a herd of reindeer, Frosty, penguins sliding down a vintage Noel sign, and lots more. The display is bigger and brighter than ever!

34964 Orchard Drive

Leya, Livia and Daniel’s festive North Pole is filled with lots of lights, a giant star, a 20-foot Christmas tree, reindeer with Santa’s sleigh and more. The lights are on from 5 to 10 p.m. nightly.

3084 McMillan Road

This display features a mix of inflatables, mesh pop-ups, oversized ornaments, and many colourful lights. The display turns on at dusk and runs until at least midnight until mid-January. The family is not collecting funds on site, but recommend donations be to Central Valley Search and Rescue.

2774 Maple Street

Dave and Catharine Goldbaum have gone all out with their Christmas lights for the last seven years, and they’re always adding more. Their display includes Snoopy, dogs, penguins, gingerbread people and polar bears. Lights are on from 5 to 11 p.m. every night until Jan. 5. Donations are accepted.

28192 McTavish Road

The Kemle family’s farm display features thousands of lights, some familiar faces and some homemade pieces. Feel free to walk under the arches and enjoy the lights and holiday melodies from 6 to 9 p.m. daily. A bin is located near the entrance to the driveway to donate goods or cash for the Archway Food Bank. The family also hands out candy canes and hot chocolate.

31887 Gabriola Court

The Singh family’s display includes hand-made items and many unique lights. They have everything from reindeer and Christmas trees to Santa’s sleigh. The family encourages donations to the local food bank or any organization of choice. The display runs daily from 5 to 10 p.m.

32273 Adair Avenue

The Kreschuk family’s display features blow-ups, handmade wood creations and lots of lights, and takes a few days to set up. Open daily from 5 to 11 p.m.

33159 Townshipline Road

The Keis family’s display on Matsqui Prairie is filled with vintage decorations, children’s favourites, blow-ups and thousands of lights. Please, no walking through the display, which runs nightly from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m.

3863 Kensington Court

Blow-ups and old-school homemade characters meet computerized-led pixel lights at the Hood family’s Candy Cane Lane with its more than 50,000 lights. The display is on from 5 to 10 p.m. daily. Donations are collected for Cyrus Centre for at-risk and homeless youth in Abbotsford.

2061 Orchard Drive

The Lawson family extends an invitation to check out their festive display, which includes lots of lights, inflatables, festive figures and decorations. The display runs daily from 5 p.m. to midnight.


33316 Horne Street

This display features thousands of lights with inflatables. Tune your car radio to 105.9 to listen to the display.

35650 Moore Avenue

The Seifried-Lee residence is decorated in more than 1,000 lights at the corner of Moore and Shook.

33232 Myrtle Avenue

This display, and others along the street, features thousands of lights and figures, generally from 5 to 10 p.m. nightly.

32228 Buffalo Drive

The Vendrasco family features a display of more then 30,000 lights, as well as a nativity scene, flying reindeer, a penguin scene and much more. Lights will be on from 5 to 10:30 nightly until Dec. 30. The family will collect cash and non-perishable food donations for the local Christmas Bureau.

7383 Stave Lake Street

This display features approximately 6,000 lights and runs daily from 5 to 11 p.m.

32142 Seventh Avenue

This display features hundreds of lights, including reindeer on the front lawn.

33550 12th Avenue

Joe Kovacs (aka Mr. Christmas) and Dorothy Kovacs would like you to come and walk around to looking at their lights and listen to Christmas music.

33445 Third Avenue

S.A.H. Disaster Restoration hosts a White Picket Fence Christmas from 4 p.m. to midnight daily.

32179 14th Avenue

The Maynard family’s display features inflatables, lots of lights and lighted figurines, running daily from 5 to 11 p.m.

33596 Blueberry Drive

This display consists of 8,000 lights, candy canes, reindeer with sled, presents, a snowman shooting star, and lots more. The lights are on daily from 5 to 11 p.m.

34301 Catchpole Avenue

Angela Fladager’s display – in memory of her dad, who died of prostate cancer two years ago – features light-up Christmas trees, reindeer, snowmen, angels and more. The lights are on daily from 4 to 10 p.m. until Jan. 16.
