A number of Abbotsford and Mission homes are sparkling for the holidays.
Here is a list of some of the Christmas light displays that can be viewed, as supplied to The News by homeowners.
To add your display to the list, send an email to newsroom@abbynews.com with the name of the family or individuals hosting the display, the address, a description of the display, hours/dates of operation and whether donations are being accepted.

ABBOTSFORD
1405 Kaslo Court
The Bench family’s display features thousands of flashing lights and blowups. Open nightly from 5 to 10 p.m.
2774 Maple Street
Dave and Catharine Goldbaum have gone all out with their Christmas lights, and they’re always adding more. Lights are on from 5 to 11 p.m. every night.
3084 McMillan Road
This display features a mix of inflatables, pop-ups, lasers, oversized ornaments, and many colourful lights. The display turns on at dusk and runs until at least midnight until mid-January. The family is not collecting funds on site, but recommend donations be given directly to the SPCA.
28192 McTavish Road
The Kemle family’s farm display features a large Merry Christmas sign, multiple lighted arches, a large pickup truck and more, open for viewing daily from 5:30 to 10 p.m. A red box is located at the end of the driveway all day for food bank donations.
31887 Gabriola Court
The Singh family’s display feature a hand-made tree, reindeer, sleighs, snowflake light and much more.
2121 Orchard Drive
The Savage family have been lighting up their property for 21 years. The display is a wide array of lights spread over the house and property. Other properties to drive by on the street include 2061 Orchard Drive and 34964 Orchard Drive.
32895 Harwood Place
Ken and Brenda Keis have been putting up their display for more than 20 years. It features more than 30,000 lights and unique figurines, including a Winter Wonderland, train, carolers and a nativity scene. The lights are on from 5 to 10 p.m. until Dec. 31.
33159 Townshipline Road
This is another display by the Keis family, returning this year after a long absence. It includes many traditional decorations – some favourites loaned from their parents’ popular retired display – and thousands of lights. The display runs nightly from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m.
34223 Redwood Avenue
This display by the Hawkins family includes lots of lights, inflatables, some wire ornaments, and a little sleigh and reindeer and bow at the front door. It’s lit up daily from 6 to 10 p.m. There is no donation box but the family suggests online donations to Elizabeth’s Wildlife Center.
2061 Orchard Drive
The Lawson family runs its display of lights, festive trees, fun inflatables and more throughout December. The lights are on from 5 to 11 p.m. daily.
34613 Somerset Avenue
The Hodgins family and their neighbours present colourful and classic displays of lights and holiday cheer. The lights are on daily from 4:30 to 11 p.m.
29029 Maclure Road
This Clark Griswold-inspired display features 3,000 feet of lights and a few holiday characters. The lights are on from sundown until 11 p.m. until Jan. 1.
32273 Adair Avenue
The Kreschuk family’s home features blow-up figures, woodwork and lots of lights.
3863 Kensington Court
The Hood family’s display includes inflatable characters, handmade wooden cutouts, rope-light figures and thousands of lights. The lights are on from 5 to 10 p.m. until Dec. 31. Donations are collected for Cyrus Centre for at-risk and homeless youth in Abbotsford.
34314 Woodbine Crescent
This display has been in the making for over 35 years. Each year something new is added. The display features many handmade wooden cutouts and, of course, the traditional Santa and snowman. The lights are on daily from 4:30 to 11 p.m.
3791 Balsam Crescent
The Johnson family is showcasing thousands of lights, including Santa’s sleigh and a herd of reindeer, Frosty, penguins sliding down a vintage Noel sign, and lots more. Lights are on nightly from 5 to 10 p.m.
34964 Orchard Drive
Darren and Leya’s festive North Pole is filled with lots of lights, a giant star, a 20-foot Christmas tree, reindeer with Santa’s sleigh and more. The lights are on from 5 to 10 p.m. nightly.
2362 Cameron Crescent
The Hinchcliff-Kruizenga family’s display features a life-sized Santa in his sleigh at the North Pole. The lights are on from 4:30 to 11 p.m. daily.
34458 Laburnum Avenue
The Brownes have once again set up their blue-and-white winter wonderland with more than 5,000 lights on display. The lights are on every night from 4:15 to 11:30 p.m. until Jan. 2.
34436 Laburnum Avenue
The Brock household’s display features a mix of string lights, projection lights and blow-ups from 4 p.m. to 6 a.m. until Jan. 5.
2148 Vinewood Street
The Harling family’s biggest display yet includes more than 20 blowups, a large Christmas tree and dancing lights on the house. The display can be viewed daily from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m.
32865 Capilano Place
This display, running daily from 4:30 to 11 p.m. features Santa and his reindeer, Olaf, Candy Cane Lane and lights covering the entire house.
33232 Keats Court and 1675 Keats Street
The lights are on again at the Myhre and Sempowich homes. The traditional displays can be view from 5 to 11 p.m. daily.
Matsqui Community Hall, 33676 St. Olaf Avenue
A drive-by light display is open at the hall nightly from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. until Dec. 19, including a blow-up Santa sitting on an antique tractors. Many homes along St. Olaf Avenue are also decorated.
Mt. Lehman Community Hall, 6418 Mt. Lehman Road
The hall is all lit up and includes backdrops with nostalgic scenes until Jan. 6. The local library and church are also decorated.
Downtown Abbotsford, corner of Essendene and West Railway
The large City of Abbotsford Christmas tree is all lit up with sound-activated light. Clap, sing, play an instrument or honk your horn to trigger the lights.
MISSION
32228 Buffalo Drive
The Vendrasco family features a display of more then 40,000 lights, as well as a nativity scene, flying reindeer, a penguin scene and much more. Lights will be on from 5 to 10:30 nightly until Dec. 30. The family is collect cash and non-perishable food donations for the local Christmas Bureau.
7530 Columbia Street
The Reilly family’s display features six-foot nutcrackers made from Sonotubes. The kids learned to use a jigsaw and sander and made the wooden Santa stuck in the chimney and, with their neighbour, the reindeer and winter squirrel.
33232 Myrtle Avenue
This display, and others along the street, features thousands of lights and figures.
35650 Moore Avenue
This home and property is covered in hundreds of white and coloured lights.
7824 Falcon Crescent
The Laplante family loves Christmas and all the lights. They put up their display every year, and this year are accepting donations, starting on Dec. 5, that will be turned into Christmas hampers for people in need.
10265 Shaw Street
This display features approximately 14,000 white, blue, teal and green lights and spotlights in the front yard, on two barns and along 1,500 feet of fencing.
33056 Cherry Avenue
This display is made to look like a gingerbread house with Frosty and The Grinch inside, being mischievous. The lights are on from 4:30 to 10 p.m.
32425 Badger Avenue
The Williams family display features Santa, Frosty, Rudolph the Red-Nosed reindeer and lots of lights.
33550 12th Avenue
Joe (aka Mr. Christmas) and Dorothy Kovacs have their displays running from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Until Dec. 31. The music is on until 10 p.m.
32349 Beaver Drive
This display is hosted by the Field family.
