On Dec. 31, 2013, the assets of the Okanagan Group will be sold to Fraserway RV LP.
The Okanagan Group consists of five dealerships operating as Country RV in Kelowna, Kamloops and Penticton, B.C.; Roadmaster RV in Leduc (Edmonton), Alberta; and Lacombe RV in Lacombe, Alberta.
This change marks the end of the Okanagan Group operation that was directed under the ownership of Chris Epp for many years and, more recently, under the direction of James Epp, as president of the Okanagan Group and Trustee of the Chris Epp Estate.
“On Jan. 1, 2014, Fraserway RV LP will become the new owner and the Fraserway Leadership Team will direct the management of the Okanagan Group locations,” said James Epp, owner and CEO of the Fraserway Group.
The new locations expand the presence of the Fraserway Group into the Okanagan area of B.C. and into Central Alberta. “We look forward to working with the Okanagan Management Team to continue the great customer service these dealerships have become known for,” Epp said of the five new locations.
