TEACHING GOLF TO TEACHERS

Ledgeview Golf Club will stage a Starting New at Golf (SNAG) program workshop at the upcoming Abbotsford Teachers Shared Learning Conference.

The session will be held at the Clayburn Middle School gymnasium at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 18. Attendees will be entered in a draw for two free rounds of golf at Ledgeview.

Ledgeview members’ contributions helped the club purchase a full SNAG classroom kit in 2007. Since that time, several local schools have utilized the free resource. For more on the program, visit www.snagcanada.com.

Ledgeview will be offering more junior golf sessions in the upcoming season. For more information, phone the club at 604-859-8993.
