Gibbons - Rena passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at the age of 85 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Bill in 2001, her grandson Troy in 1977, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by three children Don (Carol) Ross, Val (Reg) Jalava and Viv Gerard, 6 grandchildren Whitney, Tracy, Trevor, Jason, Janet, Nikki, and by 6 great grandchildren Odessa, Troy, Mariah, Giulia, Gina, Alexis. She will also be remembered by her special friends Kay, Doreen and Norm and will be missed by her loving companion (pet) Pandi. She was a great and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
A memorial tea will be held in celebration of her life on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 from 1 - 4 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd. Abbotsford.
