Kornelia passed away peacefully at Abbotsford, B.C. on February 17, 2008.
She was born in Dokkum, Netherlands on February 8, 1910 and immigrated to Canada in 1952. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard, in 2002 and her sister, Pieterke, in 1943.
She will be sadly missed by son Carl (Valerie), grandchildren Steven (Lisa and great granddaughter Georgia), Karen (Robert), Michael (Helen); son John (Jean) and family; son Bert (Claudette), grandchildren Dennis (Tara), Michelle (Robbie); extended family and friends in Canada, Netherlands and Germany. She was an inspiration to us all.
