IRWIN, Helen Anna
It is with great sadness that we announce Helen passed away suddenly and peacefully at the age of 75, on August 16, 2009 in Abbotsford. Helen was born on July 31, 1934 in Carbon, Alberta. She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Elsie and brother Leonard. She is survived by her loving and devoted family. Her husband Allan of 57 years, her children Kendra (Lyle), Ken (Diane), Kevin (Megan) and Gail (Gordon), her loving brother Lawrence (Mary), 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was a loving wife and mother, a gentle soul with a warm heart and a wonderful smile. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by her family and dear friends. May a kind and gentle Peace be with her. Our deepest thanks to Dr. Milne and to the Nurses and Staff at the Cottage Residential Care Pavillion. Respecting Helen's wishes, there will be no service held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the B.C. Lung Association.
