In Loving Memory of Gary Davies
Gary left peacefully to join his mother Peggy Rempel, and his brother Allen on Wednesday evening November 26, after a brave battle with cancer. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Leah Nielsen and husband Bruce, son Glenn Davies and Christine (Shorty), Dad Abe Rempel, brother Dean Rempel, sisters Caron Hamilton and Dawn Jones, wife Teresa Davies and dear friends April Latta and George Dykalski.
Gary sustained his sense of humor through his difficult time and enjoyed his walks around Mill Lake. He loved animals and watching golf. He spent many cherished moments with his children, family and friends in his remaining years. Our heartfelt thanks to the compassionate and attentive staff at the Palliative Hospice unit at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and the Abbotsford Hospice Society. In lieu of flowers please send donations in Gary's name to the Abbotsford Hospice Society.
An open house for a celebration of Gary’s time here with us will be held at his brother Dean’s at 3184 Elgon Court on Saturday December 6th, from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
