While sleeping peacefully, Freda Edge passed away into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at the age of 78 years. Predeceased by her husband William Edge, she will be lovingly remembered by her family; daughter Sharon and son Gary (Sharon Wright); grandchildren Corbin, Jennifer and Ashley; all of her caring friends especially son-in-law Dale Jenken, Ed and Ardis Hocevar and Gordon Bannister. Freda will be fondly remembered for her many years she cooked hamburgers at the coffee bar in Hatzic, where she made many wonderful friends.
Special thanks to the staff and residents of Carrington House for their loving care. A Celebration of Freda’s life will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, 7386 Horne St., Mission.
