Evelyn Lillian Lewis passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at Princeton General Hospital, Princeton, BC at age 66 years. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Urquhart, grandson Jesse McKay and brother Daniel Bethel. Evelyn is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Bonnie (Laurence) McKay from Nelson; sons Robert (Michelle) Urquhart from Mission and David (Lori) Urquhart from Castlegar. She was a devoted “Nana” to 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; survived by 6 Âsisters and 1 brother; and many other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held on Friday, February 3, 2006 from 7-9 p.m. at Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, 7386 Horne St., Mission, BC. Funeral Mass will be celeÂbrated on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 32550 – 7th Avenue, Mission, BC.
