Notice of Intention to Apply for
a Disposition of Crown Land
Take notice that Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District has applied to the Ministry of Forests, (FOR), South Island Natural Resource District, to expand an existing Lease tenure. Legal Description: District Lot 78, and that part District Lot 597, together with Right- of-way over Unsurveyed Crown Foreshore being part of the bed of Grappler Inlet, all within Barclay District, shown on Plan 42383, filed in the Victoria Land Title Office, containing 0.61 hectares, more or less. The expanded area added 0.39 hectares of total tenure area. No new infrastructure is being proposed.
The Land File Number that has been established for this application is 0315419.
