Abbotsford will soon be getting a pair of new Freshslice Pizza locations.

Signage at Abbotsford’s Highstreet Shopping Centre indicates that the restaurant will be located beside Purdy’s Chocolatier in the central part of the mall.

There are also plans for another Freshslice location to open in downtown Abbotsford. Google search information states that it will be located on Essendene Avenue.

Freshslice Pizza currently has locations at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre and on Whatcom Road in the Sumas Mountain Village shopping complex.

Freshslice Pizza was founded in 1999 by Vancouver’s Ray Russell and in the year following the brand has expanded to more than 100 locations across Canada.

According to the Freshslice website, they aim to become the Starbucks of pizza. They also claim to use freshly sources and quality ingredients in all their products.

An opening date for the new locations in Abbotsford has not yet been revealed, but signage states they are opening soon.
