Potholes are taking out car tires left and right now that the snow has hopefully permanently left the Lower Mainland.
A rather unexpectedly long winter has left behind huge holes in the road, and the jolt of hitting one often coming as a surprise to drivers.
One particular pothole in Surrey has damaged dozens of cars, at one point causing nine drivers to pull over for do-it-yourself tire changes.
But at least, writes one B.C. resident, it "slows down the speeders.”
