Somebody got an unexpected delivery of fear in Abbotsford today, when they discovered an ‘exotic’ snake slithering at the base of their community mail box (or so they thought).

Instead of calling Samuel L. Jackson, known for his lack of patience for snakes in inappropriate places, BC Conservation Officer Service members were called in to take care of the reptile.

When officers arrived, they discovered the snake was, in fact, “of the rubber variety,” they wrote on their Twitter page.
