Chef Boss Culinary sandwich shop arrives in Abbotsford

New establishment offering several new and mouth watering sandwiches

A brand new sandwich shop in Abbotsford has already created a positive buzz online.

Chef Boss Culinary, which opened up at #2 - 31018 Peardonville Road on Monday, is ranked a perfect five out of five on Facebook reviews, with 80 people raving about it in just a few days.

The new establishment is the brainchild of Michel Gagnon and his wife Anita Gagnon. According to the Chef Boss Culinary website, Michel is a red seal chef with over 25 years experience in the food service industry. Anita has over 20 years experience in customer service and entrepreneurship.

The menu features a number of unique sandwiches including two boss speciality sandwiches - “The Leftovers aka Couldn’ts” and “The Italian Stallion aka Handsome Panini”.

The Leftovers features roasted turkey, cranberry, chutney mayo and sage stuffing in a panini form pressed on white bread and served with turkey gravy. The Italian Stallion contains pepperoni, cervelat and chorizo salami, balsamic roasted veggies, cheese blend, arugula, pesto and ranch on a pressed ciabatta.

The two boss speciality sandwiches are only available in a limited quantity. Other sandwiches include The B.L.A.S.T, The Mary Moon, Shorty’s BBQ Beef and many more.

Soups, salads and beverages are also all available.

The shop has already attracted over 2,000 likes on Facebook and has over 1,100 followers on Instagram.
