Q: When did you get your pet?

A: June 16, 2016

Q: Why did you decide to start the Instagram account?

A: It started as a joke. Luna is very lazy.I said to my friend Monica I was going to start an account about Luna. It’s going to just be an account about a dog that sleeps.

Q: What do you think makes the account so popular?

A: Luna is a rescue from Mexico and I promote rescue. I have connected with other rescues and have built a base on that.

Q: What do you want to achieve with the account?

A: To help build more awareness around adoption and rescue. Get more animals out of the shelters and into homes.

Q: What is your favourite part of running the account?

A: I get to pretend to be a dog. Joking. It’s been talking to and connecting with amazing people with the same values as I have about animal welfare.
