The Fraser Valley girls basketball team shows off their stuff during training for the 2016 Abbotsford BC Summer Games at W.A. Fraser Middle School.
The News spoke to players Sydney and Megan Owens from Chilliwack, and Abbotsford residents Ashyana Kumar and Emmy Curtis.
The girls basketball tournament runs from 7:15 a.m. to 8 p.m. on July 22, from 8:15 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 23, and wraps up at 11:30 a.m. on July 24. The medal ceremony for the sport runs from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
