Brand new crossfit sports series event comes to Abbotsford



Dozens of competitors from all over the province spent most of their weekend pushing their body to the limit at the first-ever Fraser Valley Throwdown at the Abbotsford Centre on Saturday and Sunday.

The two-day event saw athletes perform a variety of crossfit sports exercises in both individual and team competitions.

Divisions included competitive and recreational male and female, as well as competitive and recreational level teams of four.
