Some of the valley’s best athletes are in Abbotsford this week for the Fraser Valley High School Track and Field Championship, which runs until Thursday at Rotary Stadium.
High school athletes from White Rock to Hope are competing at the event, which is the last meet before the provincial championships, which will be held in Langley in June.
Day 2 goes Tuesday, with competition starting at 1:30 p.m. and running until 8 p.m.
There are no events on Wednesday, but on Thursday, the athletes are back in action from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
