Nick Taylor turned in a solid third-place finish at the Paine Edmonds Vancouver Open last week.
The Abbotsford golfer ended the three-round Vancouver Golf Tour flagship event at nine under par, carding rounds of 67, 72 and 66 to earn $2,900. Taylor was four strokes back of winner Eugene Wong of North Vancouver.
Fellow Abbotsford golfer Lucas Bogdan finished tied for 17th at even par, while Curtis Baldwin (+4) was 24th.
• On the Web.com Tour, Adam Hadwin missed the cut at the Mylan Classic in Canonsburg, Penn., shooting 73 and 74 to finish seven strokes back of the cut line.
