Adam Hadwin and Nick Taylor have been granted exemptions to participate in the RBC Canadian Open, July 18-24 at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club in Vancouver.
Hadwin’s solid 2011 season has been highlighted by a T39 finish at the at the 2011 U.S. Open as well as a Canadian Tour victory (2011 Pacific Colombia Tour Championship) back in March. He's currently ranked No. 322 the World Golf Rankings, which makes him the third-highest Canadian.
Taylor will be teeing off at his fourth Canadian Open. The rookie pro, who won the Ben Hogan Award as the NCAA's top male golfer last year, is currently 23rd on the Canadian Tour's order of merit.
