Team Canada has come calling for Abbotsford's Jorden Best yet again.

The Robert Bateman Secondary senior was named to the Canadian under-19 men's rugby side which will travel to England in the new year. Best is among eight players on the 27-man roster who hail from B.C.

The tour will feature matches against three academy sides: Welbeck Form Military College (Feb. 26), Leicester Tigers Academy (Feb. 29) and Northampton Saints Academy (March 3).

Best has been a fixture on Canada's age-group national teams over the past three years, dating back to a stint with the U17 squad as an underage player in 2009. Most recently, he participated in the Youth Commonwealth Games in early September on the Isle of Man.

A second Abbotsford athlete, Connor Hunter, was named a non-traveling reserve for the upcoming U19 tour.
