I don’t see how the city can install hidden water meters and start billing us for water.
How can we monitor the situation? I certainly do not trust the city to be honest and up-front about the amount of water I am using. I want to be able to see the meter, so I have an idea of whether or not I am being charged fairly.
This is criminal, and this is an election year. I suggest anyone unhappy with the current state of Abbotsford get out and vote. I do not usually vote in municipal elections, but this year I am making a point of voting against the current members of city council.
