Re: More water for Abbotsford
A study has been done by B.C. Hydro on Chilliwack Lake, for Abbotsford and Surrey.
You need a pipeline and no pumps. The water runs freely by gravity.
The cost would be much less than what we plan from Mission.
I would encourage council to make a comparison between Mission and Chilliwack, cost-wise and quality-wise, and when you do, you will find Chilliwack Lake is a better choice.
