Will Tinker voted NO! for tougher driving penalties. In his opinion, a distracted driver is nothing more than your ordinary hard working person. He continues, “harsher penalties should be served to people actually committing crimes.”
Hello! He conveniently forgets these same ordinary hard working persons killed 93 B.C.ers this past year due to distracted driving. Latest reports indicate it is still a crime worthy of harsh penalties.
