I’m afraid I don’t understand why we are having a debate about farmers trying to scare off birds to protect their crops.
If we don’t allow farmers to grow our food, what do we eat?
Where will it come from?
Who gets the economic benefit?
Do we shut down airports because planes make noise?
Do we shut down the Trans Canada Highway because traffic makes noise?
Get a grip, people. We need what our farmers produce – that’s the bottom line. Maybe the complainers shouldn’t have bought houses next door to farms.
