There have a been a few letters to the paper in recent weeks expressing concerns about excessive noise. I would like to join these voices and encourage others to write their local leaders, mayors and MLA’s and request action.
The fact that exhaust/muffler modifications are being allowed on everything from motorcycles to SUV’s, needs legislative action to stem / and control this activity.
Surely we all know that to encourage a better quality of life in our cities, we don’t need this extra noise.
