Yvonne Eloise Fegan
Together Once Again
Yvonne Eloise Roberts / Lindgren / Fegan, born November 25th 1931 went home to Heaven peacefully with her family at her side March 27th 2017. Yvonne was predeceased by her first Husband Mel Lindgren and later in life her second husband Len Fegan. Yvonne is survived by her only son Jody Roberts (wife Terry) grandchildren Justin, Jerrod & Lee Taylor (Christa Billing) and Cody Roberts, stepdaughter Lenora Fegan (Richard) and family, stepson George Fegan (Gail) and family, brother Butch Roberts (wife Geri) of Salmon Arm and family, sister Mern Smith of Penticton, along with her many life long friends and neighbours of many years and her faithful companion Honey (kitty). Yvonne was born in Penticton, BC where she lived her childhood alongside her siblings June (predeceased) Butch and Mern. Yvonne enjoyed the many train rides with her father until she grew of age to work and then moved to Cache Creek. While working as a waitress she met Mel Lindgren (predeceased) and spent many years working and raising Jody. Yvonne served Mission community by working at the Pleasant View Home for thirty years. She made many lifelong friends at the job place and enjoyed her job immensely. Yvonne retired from the Pleasant View Home after finding love once again in the arms of Len Fegan and spent the next 25 years with Len until his passing. They travelled to Arizona for years and truly enjoyed the days of retirement. Fishing and treasure hunting at garage sales gave her much enjoyment. Yvonne was loved by many and will be missed greatly. Yvonne's request was a private Celebration of Life that will be held at a later date.
