Bill Carlson Sr. passed away peacefully July 22, 2018 in Abbotsford. He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years Jean in 2015.
Bill will be deeply missed by his sisters Bea and Delores; his children Wayne & Claudette, Dan & Theresa, and Bill; his grandchildren Brandy & Ryan, Chris & Lindsay, Kevin, Brian & Nicole, Stephanie & Jon, and Jenn; as well as great grandchildren Nolan, Zyler, Elliot, Cruz, and Addison.
There will be a celebration of life for the longtime ILWU Local 502 member at 10 am, Saturday August 18, 2018 at Valley View Funeral Home 14660-72nd Ave. Surrey, BC.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC. The family would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Cottage Pavillon in Abbotsford.
