It is with great sadness that the family of William James (Jim) Hanna announces his passing on April 16, 2025.
He is survived by his daughters Susan Hanna and Mori Evans (Kelly), his grandchildren Alex Jurczak, Clair Sayce (Sean) and Stuart Sayce, his great grandchildren Luke and Milan Sahota-Jurczak, his sisters Ann Epp (Jack), Pat Abbott and Wanda Groke. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Patricia LaVerne Hanna (nee Lloyd), parents Ada Jane (nee Banks) and George Albert Hanna, his siblings Florence Stephenson (Jim) and John Hanna (Linda).
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or any charity near and dear to your heart.
A celebration of life will occur on Saturday June 7th at Evergreen Village, 31955 Old Yale Road, Abbotsford BC, V2T 2C8, in the Community Room. Please feel free to drop in between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm if you wish to celebrate his life with his family.
