William, late of Abbotsford and Kelowna, passed away on October 30, 2017 in his 82nd year at Abbotsford Hospice (Holmberg House).
He is mourned by his wife, Agnes and their children, Dean Fast and Carol and Dale Collins; his grandchildren Braedon, Rachelle and Kayleen Collins and other relatives and friends.
