WILLIAM (BILL) THOMSON
Horse Camp Ranch, Clinton, BC
Born in Prestbury, England, June 24, 1925. The family moved to Hatzic, July 1926. Bill attended school in Hatzic and Mission. Married Laura Cade in December 1951. Moved to Clinton in the 50's to work in forestry and ranching.
Bill passed away in the early hours of Saturday, September 27 in 100 Mile House Hospital, with his loving family by his side, Wife Laura, sons Steve and Scott and daughter, Jill Robinson, all of Clinton.
Bill will also be greatly missed by his brothers, Jack (Juanita), of Silverdale and George (Grace) of Hatzic and his sister, Margaret Rouke of New Westminster. Grandsons, Aaron, Justin, Travis, Greg, Eric, Tyler and Todd. Granddaughters, Dayna and Jenna, 5 great grand-children. Daughter-in-laws, Marilyn and Candice and son-in-law Scott. Many nieces and nephews, in-laws and life long friends and their families.
A gathering of remembrance will be held in Clinton, Saturday, October 11, 2008. In lieu of flowers a donation in his name to the BC Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
