May 19, 1942 — July 9, 2005

Taken too soon, at his home in Mission, BC. Loving husband, dad, son, brother, uncle and friend. Wayne’s life was so full of love, acceptance and foolishness. He has left us with an incredible legacy; he touched so many. Remembered with everlasting love by Vhis wife Elaine; sons Michael (Luisa), Paul (Charleen) and Randy (Darlene); and all his extended family and friends. Wayne left us peacefully after a long, incredibly brave fight to cancer, and surely was saying his most famous words: “PouVnd sand, eat dirt”. A Celebration of Wayne’s life will be held at his home on Monday, July 18, 2005 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm open house. Donations in Wayne’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
