Walter LaVerne Ross, 80 years old, passed away quietly on Sunday, September 21, 2003 at Nicola Health Center, Merritt, B.C. His final words expressed his deep love and concern for his family. Born October 9, 1923 in Aldergrove, B.C., son of Raymond and Edith Ross.
He leaaves behind his loving wife Fae and six children, twenty-one grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Services in his memory will be held on Saturday, September 27th at 2461 Quilchena Ave., Merritt, B.C. The viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Pineridge Cemetery in Merritt.
In lieu of flowers, people could donate to the Humanitarian Aid fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
